Wrong item delivered
I ordered a cross necklace with a thick chain that looks like a bicycle's chain, in silver and gold. However, I received a cheap, ass-thin chain that will irritate my skin and turn black.
I have had numerous chats, yet nothing has been done. A pissed-off customer gave me this email and phone number, but the phone number just leads to a personal voicemail.
I want the chain that was shown in the picture I ordered from. The same pissed-off customer advised me to contact the attorney general.

Hi, I have contacted the company via chat on 3 different occasions and im jusr getting the run around with no resutls thats a true statement and so sad the necklace i ordered with a cross was beautiful in the picture i ordered when arrived the chain was not the chain in the picture I AM VERY PISSED TO BE IGNORED ON THIS
Wrong chain totally MISREPRESENTED IN THE PICTURE BECAUSE I WAS SENT A CHEEP *** CHAIN thats thin and cheep necklace will break out my skin
