Avoid this place!!
The licensee is unprofessional, untruthful, and derelict in her duty. She has admitted incorrectly administering services (commenting that she neglected to follow the manual for equipment used). This dereliction has caused me great physical pain, yet her comment about it only denigrated my race and complexion. She has taken thousands in discounted pre-payment and then not provided services. She has ignored several and various attempts to contact her to resolve these issues. Moreover, she has sent me bizarre and contemptuous emails. Her facility is not clean, and she allows domesticated animals to inhabit her clinic. Her unprofessional activities include gossip about other clients, detailing her bizarre personal history (including a nervous breakdown and demonic worship) and odd behavior like eating in front of me. I of course no longer visit her clinic, yet she will not repay me for pre-paid services. She is an embarrassment to her profession, and her license should be revoked.
