Dishonest company
I ordered one for 19.95 and was charged 65.00 for four packages. I called five minutes after ordering and was told order was already shipped and I would need to go through the refund process which is impossible to understand.
The packages arrived four weeks later even though they were supposedly shipped immediately.
I tried two patches anyway and it burned so bad I had to remove them. Live and learn.

This is a company to beware of. It is easy to order accidentally items that are not wanted and getting to refund proves a nightmare. On tope of everything more items turn up unrequested.
Initially, I made an order error through misunderstanding of the ordering sitewas assured of a refund. This, in spite of photos of return Certificate of posting and photo of tracking delivery retuned unopened items has not been resolved.
To make matters even worse another delivery has just arrived.

I hate hearing about people getting scammed. But I ordered 2 boxes, within a week 2 boxes came.
I tried them for 1st time and so far do good.

WELLNEE IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, A SCAM. THEIR WEBSITE LURES TO BUYING MORE THAN WHAT A CUSTOMER ACTUALLY WANTS TO BUY.
I contacted them via text on their fake "website", and requested the cancellation of my only one purchase, but they duped me to buy another package, which I didn't want.
They charged me for 2 pkgs. Never, never replied to my emails and have not refunded me my money. This company WELLNEE does not hold a physical address. I had spent days looking for a legit phone # and legit address and can't find one.
They ignore all my emails. This company should be investigated.

I was overcharged for this product and I only wanted 2, it was buy two get two free and I was sent six. I want my money back for the 3rd one.
I want my money put back on my card for the third one or Ill contact Discover and put it a complaint!! Hope to hear from someone asap!!!

I have written to Wellnee several times and the only response was to click on a "help" website. Lauren contacted me on November 8, and offered a flexible solution.
My order is #525829****328. I want to return 6 items because I don't want them.
I recently replied to Lauren with a lengthy comment and received an immediate reply indicating that my complaint had a problem and requiring me to repeat my complaint. I will not describe this problem once more. Five attempts are enough.
If I don't get a response from you, I will dispute the charges on my credit card. Janet Bedrosian

Well, I got cough also witn this Company call: "Wellnee Patch". They debited my account for the amount of $341.21 ~ I return the package unopened, as soon as I received it in the time that they were asking; Prior the 30 days and tried to cancel my order, the very next day without success.
hey debited my Visa card the immediately and I am still waiting for my refund after 1 1/2 month and really I am discourage and so disappointed that a supposedly reputable company wouldn't respect their words. No point calling them, since they always play their recording that No Support Agent is available to call back later.
