Scott Wellman is the epitome of an irresponsible, crooked lawyer. It does not get worse than this.
His behavior from feeble attempts to respond or suppress Internet complaints to negotiate malpractice claims says more about Wellman than his disgruntled clients ever could. Wellman is utter trash. In fact, I think that Jerry Springer would not take Wellman on the Springer show for being to *** and sleazy.
If you somehow get referred to this *** ask him how many times he has been sued for malpractice in the last 2 years. Public recornds indicate 4 times.
The latest suit is by Peter Nguyen and Larry Nguyen.
This is just a highlight. Wellman has sex with his clients for fees they owe, files bogus suits, and does whatever it takes to screw anyone he comes across.

Scott Wellman is a typical low life. He forged documents and lied repeatedly to the court in a small case I had with him.
The worst thing is that he was sloppy.
I had to communicate with him through email and letters because he mischaracterized most things. At the end his client ended up settling for more than we proposed.
