Poor corporate support

Wellby corporate is the worst federal credit union I have ever dealt with since their change from JSC-FCU. They want to take away our well deserved profit and invest in a corporate Palace including not investing in their people disgusting.And I must say that's not a problem at my Seabrook Branch

This credit union has gone from a very good customer service as the JSC -FCU to very poor "corporate level" of service since becoming Wellby Financial my local Seabrook Branch had an excellent team, but since losing our manager not so much, especially with a $ 12.00 charge for a cashier's check fee, with the new manager the morale appears to be much lower to the customers have spoken with. As to my recent issue at the corporate level I needed to contact the branch and not having their extension phone number I called the Main number and was "told" in no certain terms they would not transfer me to my branch unless I gave my full name and account number which I didn't have available unbelievable I felt, like I was in a FBI interrogation.

I should have expected this since it became "Wellby Financial".

They don't understand their survival depends on a easy customer service approach, including customer satisfaction. Which appears not to be a Wellby objective!

Then that was your fault. Go locate your account number THEN call.

You should be glad they aren’t handing out info that’s account specific to someone lacking that IMPORTANT identifying piece of info. Your head would explode if your account was drained and you listened to the scammer’s call obtaining your info without knowing it.

If you did not have your account number you should have asked the individual your question. If it wasn’t account specific she probably could have answered it.

Awful bank - terrible customer service , whether by phone or on-line. They are currently holding a check I deposited from my wife's institution that I know has cleared.

I deposited a check on-line and it is being held even though I know it has cleared the other bank. They originally erroneously posted on their on-line portal that this money was available, so I scheduled a payment to go out that didn't because they were actually holding the funds.

I've never missed a loan payment and I've been with this bunch through three different name changes and buyouts. I'm done!

Can't get into my account

I sold my house in TX moved to Colorado then to Michigan. I cant get into my account which I have not closed. I tried to download well by app to no avail.
