We arrived earlier than our schedule. This means, we were a few minutes ahead of the schedule. I called him where we were standing. In fact, I took pictures of the particular area where we were standing and I guess, he has time to travel to our place. I was asking him, 'Where are you?'
It is very unfair for us as tourists in your country to just be dropped off there waiting. The Google map has given us another bus station address that we don't know. You should be more considerate. It was a big trauma as a tourist here in your country because of such kind of attitude.
Now, you will not refund us. We spent more money on the Uber we hired because of your unprofessional treatment. I will complain about this to your government for such unfair treatment. Also, I will demand a refund of the credit card charge.

I ordered a van to pick up five people with six suitcases, and they sent me a small SUV that could hardly fit us in. When I asked for a refund for the second portion of the trip - not even the pickup at the airport - they were supposed to return $100 and only returned $38. In addition, it's impossible to communicate with them other than online, with no response and not enough possibilities for clear communication.

Nothing to complain about. I had booked a taxi transfer from Larnaca airport via booking com but wasn't able to make a last minute alteration on the app.
This was to tell the company that I was on a different flight number and I was going to be late. I had to approach the company direct. It all went well.
The driver was responsive and flexible and everything went well. Five stars

Terrible customer service
I called and they would not confirm my booking after bought and paid for days prior. It didnt show up in my trips.
She said she could not confirm it.
I asked for a supervisor she said no and she said that because of it being in 24 hours it's not an emergency, but yet their system failed. It doesn't show up in my bookings and I do have an emergency, so you decide what you want to do that.
I said a few words, and she called me back four times because she didn't like what I said-and yet she has no time just to confirm I have a booking this place and people stink

Hello, my taxi in Riyadh was supposed to be on the 13th of May at 1pm - not the 14th of May at 1pm. I duly canceled this ride but your company took 47 Euros for this trip. Please advise how I can be refunded.

The driver did not meet me at the exit. After the event, I received a text by which time I had already had to arrange my own transport.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Welcome Pickups staff finally answered my questions and provided with necessary information.
I sent a number of emails to all of suggested email addresses and didnt receive any response.
The UK service support telephone line is broken for a long time.
So customer service is absolutely awful!
Preferred solution: I would like to get clear answers my questions and real help from customer service.

Re my pick up from Kuala Lumpur international airport 10th March 2024
Booking сode: 626947
My flight was early a there was no information about my driver. I called him twice and the call went to voice mail. I waited over half an hour then took the train.
The first message received from my driver was 3.43
As you will notice from my account I have used your services many times but this is just not good enough to charge me for this pickup due to the driver not monitoring the flight arrival - which you say as a company you do.

Customer service team is not helpful and mostly ignored my emails and the UK support telephone line does not work for ages. Therefore I did not get a chance to resolve my problem.

After the fact, they inform that they don’t track train travel, only airport. They don’t reschedule & don’t offer refunds
DonTraveling on TrainItalia from Florence to Naples & the train broke down causing a delay with pickup. Called Welcome Pickup to be assigned a new driver, but said none available & cant refund either.
They label me as a no show & now Im stranded in Naples. Travel delays are what they are irrespective of the mode of transportation; air or train. It was my first time using.
What a welcome! Traveler beware!
