Verified Reviewer |They take $1000's from you ($7,000 in my case), and ignore all questions & Communications making losses far worse - absolute shysters
I have tried to contact many people working for the company incl. Martin Weiss (his email) the main man.
When I speak with staff they promise to escalate matters and reply to my complaint of December.
It is now May, 5 months later and I have received no response and I spent $7000 with them and lost 25-30% of my pension. Gutted, and they will not even speak with me.
customers are charged per trade (FX).
Absent this, I have seen US complaints losing money hand over fist in this product. I have been in the product for c 18 months & asked Qs throughout and none were answered. Weiss come across as a champion for the average investor, but you pay them $7k and apart from bot answers and others promising responses, which never materialise, you get nothing. I guess they think their T&Cs protect them against malfeasance and bad faith such that they do not even bother responding to very real concerns.
I eventually formalised the complaint on the 7/12/25 requiring contact by 5pm 15/12 and remedy thereafter.
I have not heard anything despite chasing and telephoning. It is ok if an investor is in a performing product, but if not, no answers or communication, absolutely appalling conduct and I have lost all trust and confidence in the product.
The prospectus speaks about beating S&P 500 by 51 to 1 over 10 years turning $100k into $11m (later increased to 94 to 1!) - 1 negative year in 10. I have invested for c. 18m and I am well under water with my pension money.
You can imagine my stress. I was in gold which would have doubled £195k to £390k, more in keeping with the Weiss minimum S&P x 2 target/promise. The S&P increased by 31.55%, my pension -16.8% (£164,268) and would have been less but it was boosted by me putting £100k back into gold on the 31/7/25! or -64% compared with the S&P or -97% in view of x 2 S&P promise.
If I had stayed in gold
Had Weiss even responded substantively to me I would have exited earlier and not lost so much, got back into gold, and would have recovered the $7k investment (if actioned within a year - but they entrap you by ignoring you). Their unconscionable behaviour and silence entrapped me into a useless product, lost much of my pension money and taken $7k for what appears to be a miss sold product with no service.
Weiss do the right thing and provide remedy and at least respond to the complaint and my concerns.
- If in a good product you might be ok
- Sales pitch and multiples of returns
Preferred solution: Full refund of product and compensation for miss selling to an international customer. Blended average measure of loss across pure loss, gold loss, S and P, or S and P times 2 loss price promise + 7k product costs is 154.5 at 1.35 ROE.
User's recommendation: Sorry to say, but don't touch them with a barge pole.

Verified ReviewerNeed to cancel 2 services
- - Cancel two subscriptions (wealth megatrends & disruptors; dominators) and refund fees totaling about $100 due to age and illness.
twimc,
to the contrary, I am not in the least
pissed with weiss. it boils down
to my situation, as I will explain.
I'm 88 years of age and very sick
and infirm. the two services:
wealth megatrends & disruptors
and dominators have a long-term
horizon completely not suited to
a very old and sick person.
I hope you can appreciate my situation
and that I need every nickel to afford
trying to recover.
so please cancel and refund the two
subscription fees, the total amounting
to close to $100.
most sincerely,
william niemann

Verified ReviewerUnable to contact anybody there. Want to cancel paid subscription
- - Paid Weiss Ratings $78 for an annual subscription.
- - Long crypto narratives, not useful.
- - Calls to support failed; no callback or refund.
I paid Weiss Ratings $78.00 for an annual subscription to their financial advice website. I have not recieved any information useful to me, just long narratives by an old man, all about crypto, which I am not interested in.
So I tried to call their customer service number on 5 seperate occasions over a week. No one ever answers or calls back. This whole thing seems like a scam to me.
I am still unable to reach them to cancel and get back any refund as stated in the ad thru which I enrolled. Help would be appreciated.

Verified ReviewerMr. Weiss conned me out of more than $2500.
- - Promised to find bear-market losers and deliver over 100% returns.
- - Paid $2500 and followed the put-buy strategy, but the first trades were losses.
Mr. Weiss put on a dog and pony show, saying that it is going to be like
taking candy from a baby.
He is going to find companies that are going
to go down in value in this bear market and he is going to make in excess of 100% on my money every time. So I signed up, payed the $2500 cost of
the program and did what he recommended- buy puts on companies that
are going down in value. well for the first 5 to 7 trades were all losses.
My only option was to trade in my money for another Weiss program. What?
Sign up for another Weiss program which he advertised as the best thing since sliced bread.
Shame on me.
So I am out $2500 plus the money Iost on the initial trades.
Probably I lost a total of $3250. This is money hard earned - my savings.

Verified ReviewerGot a unauthorized charge on my credit card
- - Unauthorized charge from Wiess Crypto Ratings for $129.
- - Called and emailed with no response, I disputed the charge and await a refund.
Received my monthly Credit card statement with a unauthorized charge from Wiess Crypto Ratings for $129.00. I have called and sent emails regarding this fake charge.
I have never received any response from this company with a resolution. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, I'm still waiting for a credit back to my account.
I bet this company (Wiess) does this with all their customers. What a scam !
Preferred solution: Full refund
