Product question stainless cleqner

Your products are high-end and your consumers pay a premium for them. When you spend over $250 for Ship Bell and you find out that the company can’t include four mounting screws at a cost of $.60 each that would be US prices not China the (2 cent cost from ***) one scratches their head and formulates the opinion of not such good customer service.
I had to waste my gas and time to go purchase 4 mounting screws from the local hardware store. Not good and not happy especially for the amount of money I paid for the ship bell.
The Weimans stainless steel cleaner and polish spray streak free shine left streaks all over my refrigerator. I tried to clean it multiple times with different cleaning pads, such as flannel versus paper towels versus *** cloth.
Nothing would take the streaks off after I sprayed the item on my stainless steel refrigerator. I then had to use another stainless steel product to clean up after the mess that the Weimana stainless steel cleaner left on my refrigerator. Not sure why this happened used product successfully in the past.
Would like refund and new product sent to me . Thanks

Best cleaner available.

I visited my ex daughter in laws and saw her glass stove top was trashed. In fact she was about to order a new one.
Using your cleaner I brought it back to like new condition.
I have tried other similar products, having owned 3 glass top stoves, and found nothing comes even close. Thank you for providing a fantastic product.

I purchased the stainless steel wipes and the odor was overpowering to the point where it made me sick. I just did the top of a small stainless table and I ended up having to put the table along with the container out in the garage so now my garage reeks which is better than my kitchen though.
I threw away the towels and rags that I used to clean it. I contacted Weiman customer service and she is going to send me an email with the information to send a copy of the receipt back to her for a refund.
If you can deal with the overpowering odor, the product did a good job. My advice is if you're considering this product make sure that you can return it if you can't stand the overpowering odor.
User's recommendation: If you are sensitive to odors I do not recommend this product. The product worked great if you're not bothered by the very strong odor.
