I bought a WEIDIAN Mini Computer Windows 11, 10th Gen 8 Cores i9-10880H with 32GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB SSD, 4K@***z DP, HDMI Dual Display Mini Computer, Dual Band WiFi, and 6USB3 just over a year ago. It has a problem where the unit will just shut down, all power lost for no reason.
If I pull out the power cable and reinsert it, then power is restored and the PC reboots okay. This is very frustrating as I keep losing my work.
I purchased this on Amazon on April 15, 2023. Can you send me a replacement power cable, please?
