Canceled flight need change or refund

The return flight, after transit from Istanbul to Kuwait, flight number TK0678, got cancelled and I'm requesting a change of flight or a refund.

Change of flight date
Dear Sir/Madam. I am MD Kushar Mahmood I purchased a flight ticket from VietJet Air Laos to Vietnam on 04/05/2024.
Which reservation is coming down to 4JGCR3. Date of travel was 27/05/2024. Time 6.45. Unfortunately, due to a major problem in my family, it is very difficult and harmful for me to travel at certain times.
Dear Sir Kindly request if my travel date is finalized on 29/05/2024 instead of 27/05/2024 on humanitarian grounds I will be greatly benefited. Finally, I want to say that wego is a successful company that people always benefit from.
