So unhappy with customer service
I was happy with the product purchased for my child but it stopped working corectly within 24 hours (followed instructions, used properly). I tried to get customer service online as instructed and was asked for my credit card info for a $1 refundable fee.
Under that it is a subscription for just $43 a month. I'm not trying to be difficult; if your going to advertise yourself as a great company for customer satisfaction, you need to follow thru with great product and if that's not fulfilled then at least satisfactory customer service that doesn't require my cc#.

Orange hands
Slime was great but the notella butter slime turnd my kids hands orangeafter playing with do to the color mix and did not come off easy

Defective product
We purchased there product for my daughter who has been saving up her money to get some. Well we get it and turn out the product is defective and does not turn into slim.
I emailed the company no answer. Tried call customer service and was sent to a non business phone number.
So now my little 5 year not only does not have a new slim kit she also lost her money that she worked hard to save up for. This is supposed to be cloud slime one with cotton candy scent and the other grape.

Something went wrong
I was doing one of the kits that came with 2 clays, 4 powders for slime, and glitter and i added water to each powder and shook them up until they didnt sound watery anymore then i added the clay to them and it was sticky and it wasn't mixing well and wasnt staying together and idk what to do about it

Product is dried up although I just purchased the Unicorn Explosion Tub at Target within. The last two weeks.
Yellow packet all dried up and is not usable. The kids were disappointed and I was also. This was not an inexpensive purchase at Target in Westlake Village California.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Butter cloud z stuck to woodwork
how do i get butter cloud z off of woodwork my wife and i bought butter cloud z for our our granddaughter and she decided to play with it on our wooden coffee table it is hard to get off

Worse puzzle ever made
Started working on the "Retro Dash" puzzle. Pieces cut too close to others that when you try working different pieces the pieces begin pulling apart and tearing.
I have done hundreds of puzzles and have never been so disappointed and frustrated trying to fit pieces that upon just trying to get the border done I threw it back in box and trashed it.
Did not want anyone else to struggle with it. Waste of money and I won't buy another product from this company or recommend it to anyone!
Preferred solution: Cost of product and my cost of time trying to work on it for 2 hours.

No one will call me back or text me or answer the phone
I have a hydraulic truck that's not working can you send me a new truck please. Thank you why send some one a truck that's not working for a little kid to open for Christmas and doesn't work .
And the company won't get back intouch me . So what do you do through it away it was a gift from the Talk Show I was giving it to a little boy that lives across the street from me .
Just being nice to some one that needs a toy to open for Christmas. Do you have a heart for kids just tell me how to send this broken truck back to you and send me another one please.

Product was not like it was advertised.
The Butter blue raspberry is tacky and only sticks to your fingers without forming. I had to scrap it off my fingers.
It is not super stretchy as the label of the product claims. Very disappointed. I bought it at Barns and Noble. My son and I go there every year for his birthday as a tradition.
I bought this product for my grandson. My kids live in Minnesota but I live in Nebraska where there is not a Barns and Nobel. So I cannot return it.
I emailed this company, We Cool Toys Inc, but no response. Anyone has any ideas?

Not happy
Purchased Kings " best friends forever" puzzle. Extremely unhappy with this puzzle. If you try a piece that isn't the right one, you can't pry those pieces apart without damaging the pieces...this never happens with other puzzles I've done...would never buy another puzzle from this company!noteould not recommend
Same issue I've had. Worse construction in a puzzle ever seen and I've worked on hundreds of them.
Slime is not scented like it says on label
I bought bingsu slime at CVS and it says it is scented. It smells like nothing.

Jeff Osnato did not and never pay his suppliers after the goods shipped.
They changed suppliers from time to time to get rid of the payment.
When doing business with Wecool, Compound Kings, please be extremely carefully.
