I have no news, nothing even though webtogs told me I will be informed. I would like to be refunded please. Thank you.

Hello,
The expected delivery date was the 30th of May. it's the 31st and still nothing.
Tried to call the UK support number and was put in queue for 9mins...
then 13mins... and after 36mins they finally picked up the call just to hang it in my face!
I would like to know where my order is and why it wasn't delivered on time and why the delay was not reported and what is the expected delivery time now, please.
