I paid $399.99 for a 2 yr agreement and got 2 months then excuses for India holidays and not answering their phone then their phone was not working or their email. Then 2 wks after I filed a dispute I got a call from Mandeep telling me they lost their licensing to sell in US ( I think that is a load of ***) then asked me to drop dispute and said he'd call to work with me on a new 2 year agreement.

PayPal has a 2 wk cancellation policy and would not have the business make good on a refund. Isn't that wrong to have a 2 wks cancellation on a 2 year agreement and then the business conveniently is off the radar screen at 120 days which is when Discover could not pursue more action.

So these out of country people know exactly what to do and when.........STAY AWAY FROM ALL FOREIGN...ESPECIALLY INDIA BUSINESSES......RIP OFF ARTISTS. AND AS FOR PAYPAL........SHAME ON THEM ........NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!

I had called for online support for my Microsoft windows 10, and I was looking for an expert from Microsoft.Because few days ago I had so many pop ups coming into my computer and I called on a toll free number was displaying on that popup page.

They took control of my computer and and said that they are BESTSQUADS IT SOLUTIONS and they took money from my card 700$.

and locked my computer and was asking more money for support.

When i denied they started laughing and hanged up the Phone.

I called a toll free number 1-88*-253-**** and asked them for help They said that they are not directly Microsoft but they support these kinds of technical issues.and They manged to fix my problem and also helped me to get the refund from those scammers. They provided peace of mind. I am thankful to Webtech Nuts Infosoft LLC

Funny thing that after these people were given access to my computer, and I paid them $500.00, that my system was hacked. Coincidental??!!
