My customer service person was very professional and he new exactly what I was explaining to him and he was very patient. Also, he called back 12:30pm exactly (very impressive) and got the job dot in less than five minutes.
User's recommendation: The price plans are great but for myself, it's not the price that counts most, it's the customer service and Webstarts has great customer service.
