Last month I was low on money in my account so I couldnt pay Star right off so I ended up paying it towards the end of the last month and they harassed my bank the whole month actually Make got frozen because of Star because they tried so many times to see it the whole $25 And I canceled the subscription at that time when I paid the bill and I they just sent me a invoice because they just took out another $25 without my permission and I canceled the subscription so what do I need to do now they sent me a thing telling me that I have to do this this this and this which is not right because I mean it said right on there just hit cancel and it would be canceled

When I started with Webstarts like 4 years ago. i had alot of guidance from customer service.
Once the tech guided me thru, I was good.
Now you have to email a request to talk to someone. it sucks!!!

I already maid the payment to renue the service but the website dont work the Costumer cant find my web page

My customer service person was very professional and he new exactly what I was explaining to him and he was very patient. Also, he called back 12:30pm exactly (very impressive) and got the job dot in less than five minutes.
