If I could give Website Design Pros 0 stars I would.
Care factor from the website design pros workers - ZERO.
I've posted an urgent problem with them as we are not receiving inquiry from our website.
The e-mail response from them is 'everyone is going home for the weekend. Someone will be in touch Monday in which they end up getting in touch on Thursday.
Meanwhile our potential clients could be sending contact forms we will never receive - we have received vulgar customer service from this company time and time again.
This is just the last straw! If you're like us you have worked really hard to build a reputable business, I would suggest to keep shopping around for a helpful and supportive website company and to stay away from https://www.websitedesignpros.com.au

Stay Away From Website Design Pros - Did Not Get a Website
Just posting my negative review about websitedesignpros.com.au
They have cost me so much money and now all I have is a broken website and 90 days of broken promises.
Warning, they are Not in Australia nor USA, they are in Middle East posing as a reputable company, you can tell by their phone number 800-83*-669 is not an Australian number.
Website Design pros will break your website deliberately, then ask you to pay an additional $500 to fix it.
Read the reviews for Logo Sensations as this is just one of the many companies that they go by. Same frauds, different name.
I have also taken them to Accc and the Police. This is little help as the company is registers as a sole trader in Perth.
It has now cost me $1200 to learn from this mistake myself, and hopefully I can warn people like “you” to not make the same mistake.
