Fraudulent, no US address, likely overseas scammers, litigating against them now
I beat them in court, but learned that 1) They have no valid US address2) Judge couldn't find them, had to authorize alternative service3) I'll have to track down financials to garnish my refund
High turnover, a lot of confusion, and very difficult to work with. I was told a lot of different things over time that directly contradicted the contract, which I had to keep referring them back to. Finally, I just asked for my money back per their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Nope, not one penny was returned.
They refused to lift a finger to fix the matter until I left a review online. Then they begged me to remove it and tried to exchange additional services for the review. Now I'm pursuing them in court. However, they have no legitimate address listed anywhere, and we're having to serve them via email/alternatively because they're like a ghost.
I will keep everyone apprised of the legal developments as they occur. But my warning to anyone considering them is that it's my experience that they are not legit, not even in America; they have no legal department or representative, and if you ask them these questions up front, they'll run for the trees.
