I hired Webshusky to design two websites from scratch. At first things went so-so.
I knew it would be slow going because I was ill and I've never done a website before. I had to withdraw for a time. Then when I returned (which by the way, was all pre-approved prior to hiring them), I was assigned another account manager (my manager had left the company and stolen a bunch of consumer info, I was told). This manager told me 'no' on many things such as special effects, fonts, platforms, etc., that had already been approved and even utilized!
When I kicked it up the executive tree, I got no response. The place appears to be a mess. So I wrote a review online. I was contacted by a guy who claimed to have authority to fix it.
By now I was way behind. He offered to do anything if I would remove my review. I told him I would, if he would do a few things that were included, and not included (but offered as a conciliatory measure). He blew up, he refused, said I was being demanding, blah blah blah.
I've filed suit against them, but want to warn others that this company is dishonest, your information may not be safe with them, and they have zero interest in ensuring your satisfaction.
Matter of fact, they have a 'satisfaction guarantee' that's worthless. If you use them, be sure to have them spell that out in writing, and if it's not two pages of disclaimers protecting you, then you'll never see your money outside of a courtroom.

Preferred solution: Apology, refund, compensation for time lost, time spent haggling with them, exposure of my personal info to who knows where????? (via disgruntled employee)
