When you appoint a company to build a site for you the last thing you expect is nothing but delays, mistruths, poor workmanship, delay tactics and to top all of the unlawful withholding of login delays. Save yourself heartache, frustration and money do not go near them.

Poor Service from Web Nado - Did Not Get My Website
- Landing page looked unprofessional and rushed.
- They reused a free online template.
- They claimed custom design; delivery lacked quality.
I asked Web Nado for a modern landing page that had a similar feel to a portfolio of sites that I provided.
The outcome was very unprofessional and looked like someone tried to put together in a couple of seconds, later on I found online the same template that they gave me, it was off a free template site, I was disappointed as they had mentioned they "custom design their websites"
What's more without restarting they would be unable to deliver a quality product but they are demanding full payment and started to threaten me - terrible
Stay away from Web Nado as they say they're an Australian business but I had found out they only have a temporary holding office here, not a real office as all the work is done offshore in India.

Do Not Use Web Nado - They Take Your Money and Run!
- Web Nado's platform is outdated with little support.
- They charged for mobile updates and raised fees; upgrades not delivered; email is spam.
Web Nado built my business website on a rudimentary and outdated platform. They provided very limited service and ongoing support.
When I recently requested updating to a mobile friendly and more user friendly platform they wanted to charge me for a rebuild. This was at the same time as increasing my fees and justified it as "The Lounge" whatever that means. It did not mean improved service in my case. My business email that they provided is constantly inundated with spam.
This was also supposed to be upgraded but evidently has not happened judging by the disgusting spam I receive.
I could not be less happy with their service and would warn others to look elsewhere. I don't often write reviews but I feel I really need to warn other consumers out there about this business Web Nado, I will be taking them to court and lodging the VCAT application.

WebNado Fake Company - Do Not Use This Scam
- Promised unlimited changes but only two were done.
- They refused refunds.
- They ignored emails and the 1800 number was never answered.
WebNado did not design the website to the way they promised. They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.
When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it and made up a lot of excuses. I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from WebNado as they ignore your emails and there 1800 number they never pick up and block your calls, not even sure if they're based in Australia as when you go to their Melbourne office it does not exist.
