Stop billing me. I have canceled years ago Linda Fulks. Dcandlk@***.com I disputed this charge before but every once in a while it shows UP PLEASE CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT I WILL KEEP DISPUTING IT. My grandkids did enjoy playing years and years ago. But have WAY outgrown GW for many years. We appreciate our time with you but that has long past now it will be for great grandkids eventually please do the right thing and cancel this charge in this crazy world we are having a hard enough time making bills Linda Fulks. American Express

User's recommendation: If you stop Webkinz get a reference cancellation number. And keep it handy. For years.

Account problems

My daughter was playing Webkinz next app on her iPad. The app said it needed to be updated so we tried updating it and it wouldnt load. So we restart it for getting the password but we put a password instead of going to my daughters account it tried to make her a new one. So is trying to start her over all over again and I already paid money on her old account.
