Overcharged

I was contacted by the company and told I won 3 months. In order to activate, I was told that I had to input my credit card but assured I would not be charged.

I did not use the program at all as the classes offered were not great.

I belong to another fitness program much better. I tried to remove my credit card, but it is not possible. At the end of 3 months I was charged $99. I contacted them and said I wanted a refund my money.

I can't log in so I am paying for it and can't even use it. They don't respond to emails or phone calls.

Loss:
$99
Cons:
  • Overpriced not worth it

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Don't sign up for this. It is rip off. Gym memberships as well as other online fitness programs are much cheaper and better.
