Go elsewhere

I will never understand the mind set of some companies for boosting their prices, thinking that the average joe will fall for it, they forsake thousands of dollars in work. When they quote a figure it is not meant to pay the owners full mortgage nor insure the salaries of the employees for years to come. sometimes greed causes business to go under.

Weber and Grahn Heating - A fine company

I have been doing business with Webber and Grahn for 6 years. They installed the original equipment in my building and have maintained it ever sense.

Their people are clean, polite and professional. I would not consider working with another Heating and AC company. They are also extremely community oriented. 'Giving back' is apart of their culture.

We had a situation where a child set off our fire alarm. The computer system shut down the heating system. This is done to keep the fire from spreading. We could not reset the system and the alarm company could not figure it out.

I Called Webber and Grahn and they sent someone out who took a couple hours finding the problem.

It was not in their equipment but connected with the alarm system. Their technician took the time to teach the alarm guy how to fix his system.

i WOULD ADVISE EVEN MY ENEMIES T STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINEE NOT ONLY ARE THE OFFICE FOLKS NASTY, CONDESENDING TOO, BUT THEY RIP OFF INNOCENT PEOPLE WITH THEIR PHONY PROPOSALS AND CON JOBS. BUYER BEWARE.

I CANNOT BE WRONG. READ ALL THE NEGETATIVE REWIEWS THAT PRECEEDS THIS ONE.

IF ONLY HAD I DONE THAT, PRIOR TO MAKING THE COSTLY MISTAKE ,BY HAVING THEM REPLACE ITEMS THAT WERE UNDER WARRANTY BY THE MANUFACTURER. THEY SCREWED ME WITH THE LABOR COST AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A BREAK DOWN CLAIMING IT IS THE PROPOSAL DUH?

Weber & Grahn Screwed me

What a bunch of idots! Try meeting Greg Grahn, he's a bigger joke than anything you can imagine.

Most likely they have honest people out on the street but when it comes down to it there is absolutely no support structure after the sale. The work done at my house was a nightmare! The original install went as planned but when it came to getting my system serviced i got "oh sorry sir your out of the one year warranty date. Then they tried to tell me to purchase a contract it would have been over $2,000.00 for the year.

Are they crazy?

I wonder if the same rules that seem to apply to customers apply to the ownership...somehow i doubt it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Defective Furnace from Weber and Grahn Heating

I paid $4200 for a new furnace from Weber and Grahn, but when it arrived it was already defective (Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace with a wrong part). Do not buy anything from Weber and Grahn. They could not fix it.

One of their own mechanics saw it and said it could blow up. Another one of their mechanics spilled fuel from a fuel can onto my basement floor -- he left the can there and it had to be cleaned up; the fuel spill caused by him smelled upstairs as well.

I had to pay $800 of my own money to get the furnace fixed (from a different company) even though the new furnace was under warranty. The company president Mr Grahn never returned my phone calls. None of the repairmen from that company ever fixed the problem. They also attached a humidifier to the furnace whose parts needed replacement the same time. Also, the company was sarcastic to me, and even screamed on the phone when I told them I could not turn the heat on because of the fumes and noise.

It's a good thing I sought out another company to fix it, even though it cost a lot. The furnace was shaking and sounded scary. FUMES came into the house. It was dangerous.
