They do just enough to make you think they are doing something, so they have something to show you, but once they do the basics, they stop and they just contact you every 4-6 months, just to show that they are keeping contact. They change their project managers constantly, so they can keep using the excuse that its delayed because they had a change in project managers, when they really never intend on getting your website done. Dont be fooled by any good reviews from this company, all the good reviews are fake! I have noticed they have even taken their address from their website too.
Not that I believe that the address I have is their real address. I dont even know how they can even get away with being a registered company with direct gov and companies house, when they are such scam artists. Its alarming that not one really looks into them and that scam artists can still be registered on these websites. I would give them a no star rating if I could.
I have send them a court action warning letter, which they have read, but I know they wont be giving me that money back, so I will have to try and take them to court. I have the address of; Webvisory, 33 Hanger Lane, London, England, W5 3HJ, but I dont believe they are actually at that address. I went to Action Fraud and they didnt even help. Its really concerning that no one is doing anything about this company taking thousands off people.
How do they get away with doing their accounts every year? Im no accountant, but surely something would look dodgy.

They will be so helpful until they have taken your money then leave you in the lurch. They ignore my calls and messages, do changes as and when they please, take the site/emails down without saying anything even though I paid them upfront.
They are not based in the UK which they dont tell you, so are very hard to get hold of! Literally ruining my business!

We invested more than 6000£! We email saying this doesn't work, or something is wrong. They may fix one thing but break another. Nothing has been done as requested.
They say 100% money back guarantee but when we finally had enough they said the site was completed!
It is so far from completed and I would be embarrassed for anyone to see it.
They are just scammers. First we were told it was Jay who was the project manager, Alfred was the developer. Then Jay was gone and it was Sophia, now Sophia is gone and Alfred is taking over. If you know developers the last things ever want to do is deal with a customer!
I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
I am now forced to start legal action.
Glad I have kept every correspondence we have had with them.

I was naïve enough to hire this company since September to build my website and 4 months down the road it's still not done properly.
They present me with a website template to check in a deplorable state. I am not even a web designer, and yet I could spot more than 20 things to be fixed (i wonder who is the expert here???) and not only i have to chase them multiple times to fix them, but they only fix a few and not all.
We had to play this ping-pong game for weeks!!!
They always come up with ideas for me to pay more and the result is still BAD. I finally had enough, and the state on the website now is still not ready. They gave me a website where customers cannot even pay as they forgot to link my stripe payment with my website.
They have a money-back guarantee, and they don't want to give me my money back.
I started working with Greg, then with Alex, they moved to Sophia.
I wish i could give them a ZERO STAR. They are useless and i will pursue them legally as this is not acceptable.

As part of the package I paid for was 2 API to be integrated into the site, this is when their incompetence started to show. Their design manager, Kenny John, has not got a clue what he is doing. he kept trying to integrate the wrong API, blaming the DVLA and British Government.
They will lie to you from start to finish in order to squeeze more money out of you. I got another company to look at the website and they stated "a 10 year old could have done better"
They are, without doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with, do your research....there are far far far better companies than this.
If you want a website that actually does what you want it to do and doesn't look like a child has designed it then PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT LYING COMPANY

They also state they are "Professional", that is an absolute joke....buy a website from them and then contact them to complain, see how professional they are!!!!!!!!
I wish I was able to post the link to the website they built on here to prove it, and to also let people hear the recordings of telephone calls i have had with this cowboy outfit.
Additional to this...when you try to ring the company to ask for a refund, you will be insulted then they hang up, you can try ringing again but they refuse to answer. They will then ignore you until you threaten them with court action.
Go to a company that is actually dedicated to what you want, not someone wanting to exploit people. They claim to be web designers, they are not, they contract the work out to Pakistan at a fraction of the cost.

I paid them back In October 2021 and still no website! Someone English gets on the phone with you, sets up your account and then your handed over to people who knows where, complete scam!!!!
