I never write reviews, I very rarely complain about anything. But the experience I just endured with Web Verse, Inc. I wouldnt wish it on my worse enemy, so although writing this SCAM WARNING review is out of my norm I wouldnt feel right not to warn others. Ive already filed my lawsuit and have a legal team taking action to receive my money back. To start, I was convinced by a Sr. Sales Rep named Brad {{Redacted}} for professional services for a custom web design and a 6 month marketing partnership for $8,210 with a company called Web Verse, Inc. that included a promise to get your money back guaranteed on their website and pricing proposal they present to you. Brad {{Redacted}} presented relevant fake case studies and false web design testimonials that I know now was never their work. It was used just to manipulate and scam me into moving forward in choosing them as my vendor of choice. During the sales process Brad {{Redacted}} communication was very professional and prompt which encouraged me to moved forward along with the fake case studies and success stories we reviewed together. On top of the fake promised money back guaranteed gave that gave me the comfort to move forward. During this entire process the customer service was horrible. They will gaslight you throughout the process because they dont follow through on nothing they promise. The entire time I tried to work with them was exhausting. You are literally chasing people down to deliver on what they promise. And once you get started you will never see the people you work with because of course theyre scammers, so they will never show there face on a zoom call. I was assign to their supposed Sr. Brand & Marketing manager Marcus {{Redacted}} who was the biggest gaslighter. They will keep telling you the phrase dont worry, we assure you will get it done. Or dont worry, we assure you that youll be happy with your design or service. But you will never receive anything. You will never hit promised deadlines because again its all fake. Everything about WebVerse, Inc. is just well run scamming organization. I sent my payment of $8,210 January 23, 2023 and was excited to get started not knowing that this was the beginning of the biggest mistake I ever made in my LIFE! Ive of course made plenty of mistakes throughout my life, but this by far tops my chart. I was gaslighted and never received any promised product, design quality, or met any promised deadlines. So, I told Marcus {{Redacted}} and their entire fake team on Feb. 21, 2023 that I want to end my partnership and want my refund. They ended the call and immediately ghosted me. Im blocked on every phone number that I had communicated on, they wont respond to any emails. Its like they fell off the face of the earth. And youll see other real reviews that have had the same experience, because of course its a real life scam organization. And Im not using that word sarcastically! Its a real scamming company thats based in India not in the USA. Or Seattle, WA like they say they are. And their design skills that they throw at you just to shut you up temporarily are beyond amateur to the point that its insulting. You will have better luck finding talent on Etsy. Theres ABSOLUTELY no way this business is real and Im not exaggerating. This business is equivalent to the same scam calls you get from India about false claims so that they can gaslight you into giving them your money. 99% of the time I do my diligence in researching, but this 1% time I didnt dive deep enough at all. I went surface level on my research and mainly relied on the false professionalism I received from their supposed Sr. Sales rep, Brad {{Redacted}}. Any positive review you see isnt real. Its their scam team going in with fake profiles leaving reviews to offset the negative reviews like the one Im leaving. Im sure someone within this scam organization will follow up to reply and lie about something that isnt true about the statement that Im sharing just to cover themselves. But whatever they say just know its false. Even the positive reviews you see on this platform isnt real. Its the other scam members making fake profiles to fake reviews. Web Verse, Inc is not a legit company at all. Theyre not even based in Seattle, WA. Its literally all fake. Fake employees on LinkedIn with random pictures they find to use as profiles. And even their names are fake. Fake profiles to leave reviews on multiple platforms. Its a large scam organization and they have multiple inside scammers that leave these fake positive reviews on all media platforms. The name {{Redacted}}, etc isnt even their real names. All the names they use are fake. And I have to give credit that this scam company pays good money for SEO searches that allows them to pop up on google for people who are searching for web designs services. And they have a well designed website and a bot chat that will convince potential customers that theyre a legit business. And Brad {{Redacted}} will even meet you over zoom with his screen on during the sales process just to try and make it more personal, professional, and to appear like its a legit company to reel you in. Ive worked in high level leadership as an executive in Corporate America for many years so the level of a scam professional is a skill that I would give credit to say that Brad {{Redacted}} provided in presenting ROI, but it was all a scam and Im just blown away that I was the pick of the litter to be apart of a well running scam organization called Web Verse, Inc. I have already started my lawsuit and I have a well experienced law team to help me receive my refund.
