My service is off can you please turn it back on
Your service cuts in and out; it's terrible. It buffers and plays back for a long time, and then it shuts down.
I'm really having a hard time with the Host Power Pro app; it's insane how this app works.
I thought I would give it a chance, but it keeps cutting out and buffering. Is there anything that you all can do to resolve this mess?

Yes, theres still an issue Im not able to pay my payment. It wont take username and Im not able to talk to somebody directly to change whatever is necessary to make my payment.
