Accidentally subscribed twice, still awaiting an answer to my request for a refund. Good weather App, so I hope they do respond.

- - Can I switch entitlement from tablet to phone?
Yes I contacted the customer service and told that the PRO came only to my tablet and also not to my iPhone. Both are on same address.
I asked to change it to my iPhone if they allocate only one instrument.
I have not heard anything from them. I will advise the sailing community what happened and everyone will draw his or hers conclusions.

I renewed my subscription for weather pro 2 days ago, but I am getting full 14 days on my tablet but only 7 on my iPhone. ???
If both my appliances are on the same mail address why do I not receive it on both.?
If I am entitled for one instrument, can you change it from my tablet to my phone.
