Default City for weather updates

I sent a message on how to change the default city when I log into Wunderground. I originally signed on while in Sun Valley, ID last Sept, but live in Salt Lake City. I would like to change the default city from Sun Valley to Salt Lake City. This is the fourth email from Pissed Customer. Worthless Forecasting

You are apparently unable to predict the likelihood of thunderstorms even 30 minutes in advance. What, exactly, am I paying for? At least the web sites of the local tv stations are free.

PWS shows offline

My new logia 7 in 1 shows offline status for days now I have added it several times now and they all show offline please help

I didn't want the ads on my phone and I just changed my phone from 12 to 13 Apple Phone and now the ads are on there so I put another 1995 on my credit card but I didn't get my credit because I I haven't used that much this year yet. Phone number 585-638-**** Peter Mills and I'm old so maybe someone could get to me because the other phone numbers were all *** trying to sell me something that I didn't want. Lost connection all of a sudden

what happened all of a sudden lost camera then lost PWS days later tried to contact but no answer ?????

I use Wunderground here at my home and while I am traveling. I have a personal weather station reporting to them. My web cam has been down for 2 weeks now. Service requests are not answered except for an automated system giving the usual we care announcement followed by a case number. I would really like to speak to a representative and resolve this issue. Many others have the same issue I have. Up until 2 weeks ago all was working fine. Then something happened. My password changed, the weather information was all wrong and the web cam was missing. Something happened on Wundergrounds end. Forum boards show this is a real problem that no one at Wunderground seem to care about. Please help us!! Sincerely, William Yeager
