DO NOT buy! They only can share data with Weather Underground WU has been going down hill for a while.
They have been bought again and there is no support. I had my PWS working and then one day it wasn't. Can't get logged in to see whats up. When you go to the log in page there is a statement reading that they have upgraded there system and to reset your password if you can't log in.
When you go though the reset process you never revive an email that was working fine before. You go to the support page and there is no phone number to call you have to send an email to which you never here from them.

I bought the 5 in 1 as a Christmas present 3 yrs ago and it’s one the kids still care about. Then Acurite stopped supporting it yesterday.
I can be blackmailed to get an upgraded router but won’t. See you later acurite

The only reason that I give them one star is that when the unit worked it worked well. However now that the wind cups have broken off I no longer have a unit measuring wind speed. I ordered a new wind cup assembly on March 27. There were two wind cup assemblies in stock so I believed that I would receive one in a reasonable time frame. To date have not heard from the company. I went on to their Chat site and came away very upset. I was told the wind cups were out of stock until May 20. That is a crock i'm sure. I asked to be switched to a supervisor and to make a long story short I got the old run-around. I will never purchase another AcuRite/Chaney instrument again.

Bought in June 2017 and today after losing several led on displays it has now finally died, after warranty and no response from acurite.never again and let me tell you these things eat batteries like crazy, for what its worth the el cheapo just temp and humidity display weather stations are way better than these plastic pieces of ***

Ticked off, I have two smart hubs and was notified Wednesday, three days ago it was being unsupported when you really meant shut off. and then to say you need to buy our other product...… extortion in my opinion... I was told twice that I was notified since last February...
