Same as all of the other reviews. They will not answer the phone for customer service. Try 877.497.7664 - Option 1. Endless loop ending with leave a message. Leave your number and message and there will never be a returned call. Do not purchase from them or their distributer. The store purchased from will only come out to the house to look at the bad cranks, $100 just to look at them. I can't bring them to the store or take pictures. Only pay for a service call on a warranty issue. What? Really? Stay away
