Belt not fit

Ordered a L/XL that is supose to fit a 36" to 46". I am around 38". Belt does not fit as I have to take it to the very end and still loose if I use my outside holster. If I use the inside holster the belt is about 1inch from the end. When contact "We The Holster'' they want to go back and forth with endless e-mails. They sent me a site to get my money back and guess what it says either out of warrenty or order not found. I just bought last year Sept. or Nov. Belt nice made but Not Worth The Money and headache if it does not fit.

User's recommendation: Do not buy.

Return gun belt sent me wrong size

why do I have to pay handling charge if you sent me the wrong size? I order large extra large 38x48 and received small 24x34
