WE THE PEOPLE HEMP COMPANY.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY PUT YOU ON AUTO SHIP THEN WILL NOT TAKE YOU OFF. I REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT AND THEY CONTINUED TO SHIP ME PRODUCTS, AFTER I HAD EMAILED AND PHONE CALLED THEM. I HAVE NOW BEEN CHARGED OVER $260 AND HAVE TWO UNOPENED BOXES OF PRODUCT THAT WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SENT. THEY HAVE ALL THESE HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH TO GET A REFUND, TAKES OVER A MONTH AND IT WAS THEIR ERROR.
THEY CHARGE A BIG RESTOCKING FEE AND REQUIRE YOU TO SHIP WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED LABEL (LOTS OF EXTRA $$) - TO MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY CROOKED.
HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND I WASN'T THAT HAPPY WITH THEIR TERRIBLY OVERPRICED PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH (THAT IS WHY I CANCELLED THE AUTO SHIP). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCUMMY COMPANY.
