FBI contacted me about a person involved with this website

I had the FBI contact me about Dorie Geniesse aka Dorie Miller. She fled from Madison, WI from a civil court case, now turning criminal, that involved over $500,000 (half a million) dollars.

They were looking for information regarding any other investors from Dorie's past, which indicates that she has swindled more money from unsuspecting victims. She usually uses charitable causes engage people on an emotional level, and this site isn't the first of it's kind, with her behind the wheel. This site is asking for large donations, and are not listed as a non-profit organization anywhere. Anyone who does business with Dorie will eventually learn she is a manipulative liar, she is very good at what she does and appears to be a wonderful person.

She will claim she's created all kinds of stuff, flies planes, is a concert pianist, has a mentally ill sister who does all kinds of bad things, is involved in all kinds of media work, on television interviews, booked on Oprah, doing radio interviews, speaking engagements.. The list goes on and on.

Please be cautious around any dealings with her. She has done this more than once.

Does anyone have any idea where this fraud Dorie Geniesse or her children, Brian and Eric, reside now?

There are public records everywhere. They are probably Facebook.

You can also use CCAP, the Wisconsin Courts Access website that include current addresses with citations. They list criminal, civil and traffic violations on the website.

Good luck with your search, there are some posts below that say she was in Arizona or new Mexico.

Has anyone found where DG is at this time. I saw she was in a tennis tournament in either Arizona or New Mexico in 2013. I contacted the FBI, and a couple of months later I received a letter from the US Attorney stating "prosecution declined".

You need to contact your local police department. Do a Google search for "CCAP Wisconsin".

This will bring you to the Wisconsin Court Records search. You will see a judgment on there for over $500K. The Plaintiff's contacted the police, which in return started the first FBI investigation. I would consider getting in contact with them and getting in contact with law enforcement.

If she took you for over $100K, the only way you are either going to get your money back, or see to it that she is held responsible for the money she has taken from you is to go to the courts. Even if it is civil, if they keep seeing this pattern, it will help any criminal prosecution case against her. That's the best advice I can give. At least you know where she is at.

If you really want to find her, all you have to do is figure out where she is playing tennis at. She was in tennis leagues in Madison, so she'll probably stick to that kind of group wherever she goes.

Make sure you check out everything Dorie says. If she says she's on a radio or TV show, ask where you can listen to it, or where the archive is online.

If she tells you a major TV show is interested, ask her for proof on paper. If she tells you she has investors, ask who they are and contact them directly. If she says she is out of town, ask when and where.

She told me once she was out of town, and I saw her walking her dogs. If you haven't known her long, use your common sense that your parents taught you about dealing with strangers.
