Scammed into paying after free trial
- Charged 49 EUR after what I understood to be a free trial.
- Refund requested after contacting support, and renewal terms weren't clear.
My experience with WePDF was disappointing. I registered for what I understood to be a free trial and was subsequently charged 49 EUR.
I do not believe the upcoming charge and end of trial were communicated clearly enough.
After contacting support, I requested a refund because I consider this type of trial conversion practice misleading and unfair to consumers.
In my view, subscription services should make renewal terms, reminders, and cancellation options explicit.
Run away from a company that has zero ethics and is ready to manipulate its potential users to sustain some additional revenue. Business model should failing.

Like many others I've be robed by this company.
They charged me 49 Euros for subsciption I never agreed for.

I PAID 0.50 CENTS FOR A SIMPLE EDIT AND THEY STOLE ALMOST 70 DOLLARS FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I NEVER AGREED TO I REACHED OUT AND THEY NEVER REFUND MY MONEY EVEN I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR THE SINGLE EDIT.

We-PDF.com scams users with a hidden 49 monthly subscription after a 0.49 payment for a PDF edit. The subscription is buried in position 23,000 of 50,000-character terms, impossible to notice.
I lost 490! This violates EU laws (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spains Penal Code (Article 248).
Trustpilots 4/5 rating is fake, hiding 1,500-3,000 negative reviews allowing thousand of fake 5 stars reviews. OCU reports 225 complaints, with 2-4M in damages in Spain.

I was signed up to a subscription without approving it, and they withdrew £49 from my account and refuse to send a refund. The website tricks you , its intentionally miss-leading and they must be scamming a lot of people. All the positive reviews look they are written by bots, it's a complete scam.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They kept answering with the automated answer of how they could provide me with 20% refund (for the service I didn't plan to use in the first place) and then after I constantly asked them for days about how to did it, they finally sent money to me

I paid 0.5 USD for a single PDF edit in an emergency, and have now been charged a 49 USD subscription I was not interested in, and now receive no answer from their scam of a website. What a joke!

- They deduct 60€ claiming you didn't unsubscribe in time.
- They offer 20% reimbursement with excuses.
after the one first page at 0.5 euro tit is impossible to unsubscribe using their link ... so after a few attempts u are not sure if it worked or not and give up.
Then they use the info from their 0.5 Euro payment to deduct 60 Euro claiming you didn't unsubscribe in time...
U scream and they come up with an BS excuse and offer a 20% reimbursement. SO STAY AWAY from these scammers...

Ionly subscribed to that website to translate 1 document and for that I already paid 1 dollar. I did not start any 1 month subscription.
They charged my card 39 dollars by subscribing me for 1 month without my knowledge. I canceled my card in question and made a spending objection to my bank.
As soon as I received the message that they had withdrawn money from my card, I entered and canceled the subscription that took place without my knowledge. They don't refund my money...
