Issue with my auto loan
I purchased a vehicle a few months ago and was forced into this company and have had an issue since day 1!! It shows payment(s) made on their end BUT yet they reported me to the credit bureau for non-payment.
Of course, I have been calling and no one answers and have literally been hold for over an hour at a time then the phone disconnects, no text available, no chat available. This is not a way to run a company at all!!
Of course I can't get away from the loan because it shows I am not in good standings. I have sent multiple emails to this company and had NO response yet again..I am so over this I don't know what to do!
