Terrible company
- - A large hole was left in the grout by their machine.
- - They denied the damage and ignored calls and texts.
- - I do not recommend this company.
Came out cleaned my grout , we live in a brand new home which we purchased last year, this guy put a large hole in our grout with his machine. We called to let them know this, then he proceeds to lie and say he didn't do it.
What do I have to gain to lie on him. So they proceed to ignore phone calls and text messages.
I do not recommend this company . They just so unprofessional, and do not fix their mistakes.

They are a scam and hang up the phone every time I tried to call and have them back to do the job they were paid for. The missed an entire area but the tech had already packed up equipment.

I was quoted one price over the phone of $101 and when the young technician arrived he tried to upsell me to $300. I paid $214.00 and I told him if he could not clean my sectional, he could pack up and leave. The technician was arrogant and used all kinds of filthy words in Spanish leaving my house.
Bait and switch on price and horrible job
- - Coupon for 3 rooms at $49.
- - Upsell to $270, then $207.
- - Carpet was wet, smelled, and dirty; took 2 days to dry.
I received a coupon for 3 rooms for 49 dollars. My house is very clean and I had some light dirt in a walk area.
I confirmed the price when I made the appointment. When the tech arrived he told me to actually get the carpet clean it would be $270. I told him I wasn't going to pay 5 times the price quoted and that my carpet was barely dirty. He called in and they agreed to charge $207.
I said no I wanted only what they would do for 3 rooms for 49 dollars. What I got was wet stinky carpet that was still dirty. Took 2 days to dry.
I told him if they were not actually going to clean the carpet for 49 dollars they should not advertise this price. If you actually want clean carpet at a decent price call someone else.

The service technician was nice. However, the actual service itself not so much.
The it will be dry in 4 to 6 hours not quite. He left my home at 5:30 p.m. and it is now 9:47 a.m. the following day and I still have wet carpet.
The $49 special for three rooms is just for hot water. They wanted $200 to add shampoo. Are you kidding me? I can buy a bottle of shampoo for $15 down the street.
Not satisfied at all. I do not recommend these people at all! They called me twice last night within an hour to check on my service. Hello....

When I called this morning she was put off that I was not happy. Horrible horrible company do not use
