Beware of the Scam
- - We Buy SJ Homes, LLC offered a sale, I accepted; a month before closing they could not honor the contract and tied up the property.
We Buy SJ Homes, LLC located at 75 N. Haddon Avenue, Haddonfield, NJ contacted me on a residential building lot I had for sale and made me an offer that I accepted.
Had many phone and email communications with representatives of the company which resulted in them sending me their agreement for sale. One month prior to the closing date, the company stated that they can not abide by the terms of their own contract to which they produced and presented to me as the seller. They tie up your property so you can not list it for sale in order to decide if they want to honor their own contract.
BEWARE !! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!
