Dear seller_helper1, It sounds as if you were feeling angry and frustrated with our company when you wrote this review. We take our customers' reviews seriously. In order to prove that we are open to feedback and willing to make improvements in our organization, we would be happy to sit down with you over a coffee or lunch at our own expense, and take the time to address your complaints. seller_helper1, you have made numerous statements about our company, SND Freedom, and about a specific individual within our company. We believe that the law allows for a person to share her/his opinion. However, publishing false statements could constitute defamation. We are addressing some of your statements below : "This person is not well versed in real estate". >>> We believe this is a personal opinion. We pride ourselves on having a wealth of education, knowledge, and personal experience in the real estate industry. We work closely with business partners with high levels of integrity who have been buying properties for over 15 years. Our intentions are to help people with their real estate challenges to the best our ability. Our motto is "Be a Force for Good". "does not have the funds". >>> We believe this statement is false. We have the funds for purchasing properties, and can provide proof. Just ask. Please don't make assumptions. "Ask for proof of these funds". >>> We agree, ask us for our proof of funds which we can absolutely provide. "and take anything she gives you or wishes for you to sign to a real estate attorney to look over before moving forward " : >>> We wholeheartedly agree. We do not force anybody to sign anything without first having it reviewed by their attorney. It is clearly written in our contract that you are advised to do so. Because our contract was drawn up by real estate attorneys, we are confident other attorneys will confirm it follows the local laws and regulations. "asks for $2500 to break the contract you sign with her." >>> We believe this statement is false. If, during our due diligence of a property, we decide not to buy that property, we will tell the sellers and will never ask for any money from the seller if we made the decision not buy. We personally believe that it would be dishonest to do such a thing. >>> We believe that we know the identity of seller_helper1. It is important to clarify that seller_helper1 wanted to break the contract they signed with us in order to sell to a different buyer while still under contract with SND Freedom LLC. In this particular case, seller_helper1 decided to pay $2,500 to us, rather than honor the contract they signed. "She is the type of business person who believes in guru business models and get rich schemes that appeal to someone who does not have the integrity or knowledge to do right by any seller." >>> We believe this is a personal opinion. We do not believe in “guru business models”. We believe in hard work and integrity, and following through on what we commit to do. "Here are a few red flags that I ignored with Diane that you need to keep in mind when choosing a wholesaler:1. She wanted me to pay half the closing costs." >>> We do not claim to be anything other than a company that buys properties. In a standard real estate transaction in the state of California, sellers and buyers have their own sets of closing costs. That being said, those are negotiable. One simply needs to ask us if we would help them pay for their own closing costs. In most cases, we are willing to do that. In some cases we won't. "3. No broker license or realtor license associated with her or her company." >>> This is true, we are not real estate agents or brokers and never ever claimed to be. We buy houses. As we understand it, the law does not require any licensing for an individual or a company or a non-profit to be able to buy a property. "4. She mentioned several times business partners but never gave us any of these people's names or contact information" >>> We believe this statement is false. We always share this information in writing when a person has entered into a written agreement with our company. >>> In the case of seller_helper1, the name, address, email address and telephone number of our business partners where provided in writing the day we met and mutually agreed to sign an agreement. This information is on the document seller_helper1 signed and notarized. The escrow company of seller_helper1 also communicated directly with our business partners, and seller_helper1 was in copy of the email exchanges. This company bullies real estate investors to give up their websites and socialmedia accounts by using a trademark that they bought from a defunct company. They are nothing but patent trolls who try to get investors to pay up for fear of legal action. Several of their victims have set up a GoFundMe page to hire lawyers that will hopefully shut down Jeremy Brandt and his *** artist outfit webuyhouses.com . Nobody likes a bully. And that is all these crooks are, big bullies who want to put other investors out of business by scaring them with legal threats. Don't do business with these jerks. The whole investor community apparently wants nothing to do with them because of their crooked business practices.

Jeremy Brandt and Melissa Lamke of WeBuyHouses.com , Fast Home Offer , 1800 cash offer and X5 Ventures LLC . These scam artists try to extort money out of people by threatening lawsuits over their questionable trademarks. They have a trademark for printed paper flyers and reports but use that trademark to scare investors into giving up their websites, take down social media pages, and hiring attorneys to research their bogus claims. They harassed me and made fraudulent statements to YouTube and Facebook to get my social media pages taken down. The trademark they have has nothing to do with websites, the internet, or real estate investing. They are parasites, frauds, and liars. Some people would call them "trademark trolls" because they use threatening tactics to scare legitimate business people to either shut down their business, greatly change their marketing, or pay money to buy a license from them. They are not registered to sell franchises or businesses in any state. They are not licensed to sell real estate in any state. They are just crooked business people looking to scam money from unsuspecting real estate investors who do not know any better. Stay far away from them. And definitely do not buy a franchise or license from these crooks.
