I ORDERED SEVERAL PRODUCTS INCLUDING CLOTHING AND HOME GOODS FROM THIS WEBSITE THAT CLAIMS TO HELP ARTISTS WITH DISABILITIES HOWEVER I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NEVER GOT A REFUND EVEN AFTER I TRIED CALLING, EMAILING AND I EVENT SENT A LETTER TO THE ADDRESS THEY LSITED ON THERE WEBSITE. NO RESPONSE BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS STILL CHARGED. THAT IS ILLEGAL!!!! ALSO NEVER GOT TO VERIFY THE CLAIMS THE WEBSITE MAKES THAT THEY HELP ARTISTS WITH DISABILITIES. I THINK THEY ARE SCAMMING THEM! EVEN AFTER NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY MANY MESSAGES THEY POSTED UPDATES AND EMAILED ME THAT THEY ARE TRAVELING TO MUSIC FESTIVALS ALL SUMMER AND WANT ME TO KEEP BUYING STUFF FROM THEM AT THE FESTIVALS. FELT LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY SCAM MORE PEOPLE AND HURT MORE PEOPLE THAT ARE DISABLED. SAD SAD COMPANY.

No Product and RUDE Customer Service
I was introduced to We Are Lions by a friend who spoke highly of the companies mission, and it sounds like a great company, as is a nonprofit that SUPPOSEDLY helps people with disabilities. Plus they partner with some of my favorite musicians like Andrew Bird and my Morning Jacket, so what could go wrong?? However, I ordered an Andrew Bird T-shirt for my friend's birthday that I never received. I did not get my shirt after 2 weeks of waiting and I tried to get in touch with company but they never answered their phone (even when I called during the day). After over a MONTH of emailing, calling, and waiting, the CEO David answered the phone who had no problem telling me he is the CEO and that I need to be more patient since his orders are supposedly processed by people with disabilities. He also told me I should have ordered my present. It reminded me of a SNL skit! Unbelievable! Well David Schwartz, I will be buying my next present a month in advance and not from your rude and shady company! It is unbelievable that a company that sounds so good can behave so mean and unhelpful. The CEO is a bully and does not know how to talk to customers, who knows where the money is going, and I still never received my shirt nor a refund. I have doubts that this company actually helps people with disabilities. If this company cant even manage my single order, how do they accurately send the money to their artists with disabilities they employ? How are they able to partner with such inspiring and amazing artists and musicians when they can't even send me my Andrew Bird shirt! Hopefully the CEO or an employee in this company can shed some light on this because I feel like I was taken advantage of by this shady business.
