- - Software prints with a watermark.
- - Premium upgrade is needed to print watermark-free.
Software does not allow me to print with the watermark stamp. However, if I upgrade to premium & pay more money, the ad claims I will be able to print w/out the watermark. What the heck did I buy the software for, just to create my documents & not print them out when I need them.

- - Recent emails show Evcore, not Broderbund.
- - PayPal order ($85+) paid; no software received.
- - Charges were duplicated and refunds not issued.
Recent emails now use company name of Evcore, not Broderbund as before!
My situation has never been resolved! The 1st order $85.00+ was paid via pay pal. No software received.
Both vaid & invalid orders charged debit credit card.
We were charged multiple times for same software. Some of those charges didn't include sale prices. I asked company for wriiten receipts on ordered software & charges.
The amounts were significantly less than charged! No refunds received!
I always ordered over $50.00 for free shipping. The copies i received showed as items ordered seperately with shipping charges!
One of their duplicate orders, we didn't actually order, b/c i didn't hit submit order, was received. I mailed the software back in unopened box & no refund was received!
I will not ever order from this company again! I will not recommend this company to anyone (except my ex).
