Installed mismatched floor tiles in new home
- - Cape Coral home; Wayne Wiles installed floors; matte tiles noted; floor replaced with a different tile; management and service horrendous.
We recently had a new home constructed in Cape Coral, Fl. The floors were installed by Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings. In the great room more than half the floor tiles had a matte finish while the rest were glossy. This was brought to Wayne Wiles attention on 3/26/13. At first they wanted to seal the matte tiles but we declined because this would have been a temporary solution.
After approximately six weeks of procrastination, on 5/6/13 the matte tiles were removed and almost completely replaced, that is, until they realized they did not have a sufficient number of replacement tiles.
On 5/10/13 Wayne Wiles was threatened with legal action. On 5/11/13 Wayne
Wiles removed all the tiles including the ones they just installed and replaced the entire floor with a different tile.
The management of this company and customer service are horrendous.
If you want your floor coverings installed incorrectly several times I highly recommend Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings of Ft. Myers, Fl.
