Shady dealership - hidden fees

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Asked about a CPO suv. Asked about the fees and they started avoiding my question.

They wanted my license and I said it wasnt necessary that I wanted to know the fees before proceeding. They insisted on showing the car and needed mi license, but wouldnt tell me the fees.

I had previously read the reviews on the dealership, lots of red flags.

Also All ratings and salespeople had 5 star ratings. Suspect.

Horrible and disappointing

My car was serviced 3 times at the Wayne Mazda service center for the same problem (a dead battery). They were unable to figure out what was draining the battery so an outside mechanic from regional had to come in and take care of it.

Each time I had to wait 20-35 minutes to have my car pulled around upon pickup, even though service told me it was ready. Just recently, I dropped it off for another dead battery. They replaced the battery and charged me $324 of which I paid. I again waited outside for 30 minutes for my car to be pulled around for pickup.

When I went back to service to ask what was taking so long, I saw the one employee holding my key fobs in her hand talking to her coworkers. Are you kidding me? I'm waitiing 30 minutes for my car and your standing around not doing your job. When I finally did get my car I drove it about 10 minutes and the battery died in a parking lot.

Did they even put a new battery in my car? I had to be driven back to the service dealer and my car had to be towed right back to them. When I asked for a refund they said no. Unbelievable.

So they have $324 of my money. I have no car and a dead battery.
