Take care of the problem.

I bought these doors in September a year ago.

The doors are defective. They have bubbles in them on the back panels, and Wayne Dalton replaced them; Lewis Beale got them. The installer opened the boxes. One of the panels was bent, and the replacement doors have the same bubbles in them.

I have photos if you wish to see them.

Also, I talked to your corporate headquarters in Louisville, Texas, I think it was, and they told me as of that day that was the new normal. That can’t be the new normal, or they would not have sent me replacement doors.

AI Highlights
  • - Old door makes finding a compatible panel hard and prices are around $500.
  • - A cheaper option is a different-brand door for about $600.

for an old door they make it impossible to find a compatible panel and super expensive like $500 for one measly panel from a garage door company. I can buy another brand door for $600 for the entire door.
