Bad product and customer service

Waykar - Bad product and customer service
Purchased a Waykar dehumidifier on October 29th, 2020. Registered the unit and received the promotional 2 year extended warranty. Started to ice up 1st week of November. Contacted company and they said I didnt register. I sent their confirmation email of warranty and they wont even email back. Do not buy this product.

User's recommendation: Do not buy Waykar products.
