Unit no one ever picked up the phone and you make too much noise they rattle broke
on the top of my unit it seems my full light is on constant. One of the little pieces on top seems to have broke off.
Can you send me another one? My other email might be JR Remax @OPT online.at net I did have an issue with one of the other units

new dehumidifer has not run since plugging in 2 days ago.never any response after many requests. machine is junk

waited days for many requests for a response from waykar. never a word from them.
dehumdifier never worked from day i plugged it in.
JUNK walmart refund because less than 30 days from purchased. never buy from waykar again.

Bad product and customer service
Purchased a Waykar dehumidifier on October 29th, 2020. Registered the unit and received the promotional 2 year extended warranty.
Started to ice up 1st week of November. Contacted company and they said I didnt register.
I sent their confirmation email of warranty and they wont even email back. Do not buy this product.
Preferred solution: Full refund
