I placed my first ever order from Wayfair for a comforter set I needed fairly soon. Order stated delivery date of about 10 days. I kept watching order status and it just kept saying "Order being prepped for delivery" or something like that. Then a day before the estimated delivery date I get a msg saying order delayed - new delivery date SIX MONTHS OUT! From Feb 24th initial date - changed to JUNE! I received a text at 2:07 am stating that my order has shipped...I did not place an order, in fact, I had never heard of this company. Barely had gotten back to sleep when I received a second text at 3:10 am stating "Welcome. Text frequency based on orders. Placed order. Clear shipping address, with confirmation email. Subsequent email has totally different, incorrect address. Have to call to fix their mistake, explained clearly, written off without an apology.. finally resolved. Move on. Delivers to the wrong address anyway!!! Have to talk at length to them again to get it sent to me. Dont process the discount code I gave them. Don't even bother sending it priority after all of their mistakes. The... Read more

I pay my bills on time each month, including Wayfair. Last month I actually made TWO separate payments in the same month, which i do when i have extra cash. Anyway, I logged into my account recently and noticed two fees and when I called the rep said it was because my bank "returned" the funds so I was charged $35 twice. Worst shipping company! It has been three months so far & I have another month or more for two pieces of furniture. BUYER BEWARE!....Bought queen size foam mattress that had 4.5 stars. It was awful and i could not sleep on it. The mattress cost $265 dollars. To return I would have to pay $150 shipping and could only receive a one time replacement or exchange. If the exchange cost more than i had to pay difference. If I am unhappy with exchange. .too bad. Ordered a kitchen sink that needed to be at our residence when they templated for the counter tops on Feb. 11th. Ordered on Feb 7th to be delivered on Feb 9th. Sink never arrived on Feb. 9th. Still waiting for the cabinet I ordered on January 14th. This was supposed to be the last piece of furniture needed in our new house.
