Went to aspen Dental on 10/07/2019 the doctor told me I needed to have all my lower caps removed because of infection I paid $10,034.00 to have all caps removed and to get an implant/abutment/support removal. After wearing a temp for many months I finally my got my denture, that denture does not fit ,keep going for adjustment , have a hard time to speak and eat. One day I asked a girl why my denture was not even her answer was your mouth is crooked . Every time i get someone new for adjustment , it is just horrible for that money I think I could have got something much better

WAVEE RIPPED ME OFF TOO

I got ripped off for $75.00. Now the company can not be found. How can this continue to happen. Credit card companies should take the hit when consumers are ripped off! What moore can i say about the internet shopping. It seems to be always a risk. This is why people go off and do terrible things. I feel like a victom and not a consumer. Now im pissed and looking to get revenge in some sort of way. Some company out there will pay for what i'm out and i won't feel anything when it happens.

Rip me off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 12/7/10 I came across a website named wavee I wish I had never found it. I am now out $200 I'm not prone to fall for Internet gimmicks but this is a good one. You know that they probably have the best lawyers money can buy. To make everything perfectly legal on this website, so there is probably not a whole lot you can do to retrieve your money. It is just a nether form of gambling. For every bid you place they take $.75 and put it in their pocket that is if you lose the bidding process them guys are making millions on us sucker hate to call myself a sucker but I sure felt for this one. Bad time of year to learn the hard way.

Wavee.com Took my money

I tried wavee and spent lots of money, I can't get my money back. I live in Atlanta and they're here. Looking for donations to see justice. Even if I have to hire a *** head to put pressure on them. Contact singleamerican41@***.com if you really want to join me in revenge. Don't let them rip us off. They are here in Atlanta. The law won't do anything. It's a civil matter and it's too small to seek losses. Let's get them and send our Dogs get them! Let's stop them.

Lost credits

i can really care less about this *** bag company closing, but i would like to know how i get the money back from my un-used and already paid for credits.? is this possible? could a site just go offline with everyones money tied up in those credits without producing a refund to each credit holder? No ware in any written statement does it say that wavee has the rights to keep funds backing unused credits it also says nothing about keeping the funds after terminating the company. i know its not worth the time to pursue it in court because i only had like 80 bucks in credits anyway but im sure some people lost more, maybe its worth fighting for. I know GA TECH has the funds to repay i live across the street from there multi million dollar facilities

Pay now, never receive. Wavee Policy.

Initially, I thought this website would be fun. After bidding on a couple items, I decided to try for the Wii. After bidding for hours, I decided to take advantage of the "bid-to-buy" option. I proceeded to provide my billing information and shipping address. After a while, I wondered why I hadn't received my Wii yet. I checked the shipping date, and It said it would be shipped in one month. Confused, I accepted that I wouldn't receive the Wii for a while and waited. Over a month had passed and I still hadn't gotten it in the mail. I checked the website again and they had changed my shipping date. It would now be shipped in ANOTHER month. I was pissed. Tired of waiting, I cancelled the order and decided to pay the extra money to buy the Wii at Sam's Club. They accepted my request, cancelled the order and said my refund could take up to two weeks to appear back in my account. Three weeks later, the money was still not in my account. I sent them an e-mail inquiring about the whereabouts of my money. They replied three days later saying that the account number on file was incorrect and they would need to refund the money to a paypal account. Annoyed, I provided them with the information to my PayPal account. I never got an email responding to the information. After a little time passed, I sent them yet another email wondering where the heck my refund was. They said I would need to provide a mailing address that they could mail a refund check to. Now I was pissed off. First of all, shouldn't they already have my mailing address? They were supposed to have shipped my Wii to this address. Second of all, why in the world didn't they just refund the money to the PayPal account I gave them. Thirdly, what was taking so long? I replied with an angry email that, at the very end, provided my address. Nothing came in the mail. I went to the website and it said the website is down due to technical difficulties. It has said this for the past month. It has now been over 6 months since I first ordered the Wii. I haven't seen my money or the Wii. www.wavee.com is a complete scam. Do not EVER use it.

I joined Wavee.com for their auction, soon afterwards I was not able to get into the site and they stated they were working on it. I sent an email stating if we could not get into the site, we wanted and expected our $75 deposit for bids back. They basically laughed at that request and said once submitted to wavee, no money could be returned. This is a bunch of ***, if they knew they were having such hardship, they should have had enough fore thought for their customers to actually stop taking revenue in and handle the problem.

I would like to see a class action suit against them

I bid and won items and have never received which means they have taken money from me which I would like returned ASAP. Better Business Bureau should get involved in this scam. Too bad because it seemed like it could of been a really good deal. I would like to see a check sent to my home address with all monies owed me. My email is chetu7655@***.com. I will be sending an email to the Better Business Bureau myself. They have not failed me in the past with a/other follow ups. Signed: Pissed off in Rhode Island

When the wavee site went down I was owed three items I had won. Like everyone else I got nowhere with e-mails and phone messages.

I never expected to see the items, however last week, I received an I-pod i had won. Maybe all the complaints to the BBB is working!

Guest

I ended up spending over $400 on this site to win a Ipod and when I did win one they gave me the run around and I never received it and they rebated the 23.88 that I payed for it but said that they would not refund the money I spent for points.I contacted the BBC and after two emails they said the case was closed :(

Guest

Lost money never did any transaction except registration, when got back website is down. $75 lost for simply signing in.

This company should be brought to justice and trial only solution to get some results. Where can we find law firm when we need them, .

Guest

I doubt a class action would help, unless you contact the Bankruptcy Court in Atlanta, GA. They more than likely have already transferred all the money to their mother company Wavee International LLC.

Guest

They took me for $190.38. Never got the item and they said they would send me a refund. That was back in Dec 2010.

Did you ever get yours and if so, how did you??

Wavee is offering money for wins!

A 3rd party called and offered me money, on behalf of Wavee, for all the stuff they owe me. Said Wavee will not be going back into business. Of course, it was a fraction of what they owe me. But, I am taking it, because I know I wouldn't be receiving my stuff from them anyway. Some is better than none. Then today someone else called me from a different company and offered me less money, than the day before. Email me and let me know if you have been called by someone in Atlanta, Georgia. judylo@***.com

SCAMMED ME!!!!

Thanks for doing this story, Mr. Howard. I was scammed by Wavee auctions but I did not take it lying down. So far, they say I'll recover $71.50 of my $75.00 & I will get my other $3.50 out of them. This is about principle @ this point. This is a SCAM. I consider myself a careful consumer when it comes to using my debit card on line. But on 3/01/11, I was surfing the web & came across Wavee. The site was intriguing. It shows a lot of endorsements, from the BBB, ABC, NBC, BusinessWeek, Channel 11 news (I'm working w/Val on this matter) & they even boost, winning an award from the Technology Associate of Georgia, Top Ten Innovative Technology Companies Award. So I wanted more information. To get further information, the site asks for a card number, I looked around the page & saw nothing stating my card would be charged @ this point, so I put my card info in. Then BAM!!! I see they charged me $75.00, WHAT???? I immediately called Wavee & told them what happened. Their response, too bad for you, we will not refund you your money. And now you can't reach anyone @ their posted & non posted phone numbers. So I called my bank, Wells Fargo. They'll help me w/ this, right? Long story there too, but that's a different rant. The short story, no, they won't. But I did not give up there. I have contacted Channel 11 & other authors of positive articles concerning Wavee & asked them, if they are aware that Wavee has turned out to be nothing but a scam? Most are, & they offered to try & help me. I also went to their Facebook page & started posting, & they started deleting my post & soon blocked me. Because, when I saw what they were doing, I started pasting my post over & over. I then starting posting & pasting under my puppies account, & we did the above all over again. We played cat & mouse for quite a while. :) I received an email @ 8:00 a.m. the next morning & a phone call around 1:00 p.m. the next day telling me, I would be receiving a refund within 4 business days w/ a confirmation number. Today is the 4th day & I have not received it as of yet, but I won't stop until I do. I also want to get the word out about Wavee & the scam they are running. These guys are straight up CROOKS. I don't want them getting to our seniors or you. Sincerely, L. Lambert

I also did not see that I would be charged $79 for signing up at this site. Tried to get money back and was promised a partial refund.

Never got my money back.

Rip Off, Scam, Misleading Website

Be careful when you enter to check out site and they ask for your name and address and credit card number they automatic charge your accout $89.00 with no refunds on credits. You are now stuck with $89 worth of credits and no phone number to contact. When you contact the number you get an email address. So here you have credits. They only have one item up at a time which of course everyone is bidding on it. It takes forever and you use up your credits bidding. Of course the chances of winning is next to impossible. Everyone one that has credits are trying to bid on this ONE and only item at a time. DONT EVEN ENTER THE WEBSITE. Some college students are most likely pocketing all your money.

Wavee.com promises, promises but doesn't deliver

I joined wavee months and months ago. And when I did they were having some so called technical difficulties. The reality was that as I was clicking away bids in competing with whomever else or the programmed robot on the other end driving up the pricing thats all that was happening. I was active on the site for several days before I figured out some of the bullet holes in their system. They promise if you win an item they will ship it and it will be on your door step in 2-4 weeks but I won several items and they sent out a message weeks later saying those bids wer refunded because of the technical difficulties they had during that time on the site. But the item I won (1 item) that they promised they would ship for 4 months they ended up bailing on. I have contacted the BBB but as most of you already know the only measures they take is to ask for a company to do something and wait on their response. Unfortunately that response is that they cant do anything for me.

Won many items only 2 shipped so far

From December to March I have won over 25 items from Wavee. I have only received 2 0f them - the very least expensive of the group. They just stonewall when I complain. They have been having shipping problems for a month according to them but the volume of their auctions is way down from December so they should have plenty of time to catch up. Beware - they are either going out of business or this is a planned ripoff. They send out canned responses and there is no contact phone number. Even the stuff they did send me were the wrong items!
