Still waiting for an update I want them to refund me figure out where the spa is and keep it. I will never do business with this company ever again.

I wish I would have looked into them before I purchased. So many dissatisfied customers especially after the fact when they have an issue and cannot use the spa because this company's customer service sucks

Patrick sent a response stating they are aware and working on the issue. It's been 16 days and I have no hot tub, but was charged, I can't cancel because they are asking for photos of an item never received and I no longer want to purchase the hot tub I wanted as this company has no regard for it's customers and ask us to be kind because they don't have the bandwidth to keep up so who suffers us. I don't think I'd be so furious if you were able to speak with a real person but they give no option for that as a result you are at their mercy and trust me the response time is not 3 to 5 days it's been 16 and still don't have a clue on my order .

I placed an order on 6/4/24 and realized I put the wrong spa in cart after I paid and sent. Ever since I have been reaching out daily to this company to fix.

I have tried their live chat which is not live, email, voice messages, text, FB and nothing. I keep getting we are working hard to respond but due to an influx in orders blah blah blah. I don't care about their issues, it's their company and they keep taking orders and we the consumer are paying the price. Did I mention that I still have not received my order and the tracking information is not been updated in days but I have been charged.

I can't get them to fix my issue, or refund me, and I have no idea where my hot tub. I'm so frustrated I want my order refunded. This company is selfish take care of your existing customers and stop taking new orders if you don't have the bandwidth to handle.

We are paying the price, refund my purchase now. I'm tired of editing it's weeks no help no product unacceptable.

Hot tub wont heat

It won't heat up I've done everything you have said to do.and still only at 70.ive even emptied it released and refilled.tjere r no codes on either.i have done everything u emailed to do.im getting very frustrated please contact me asap regarding this matter.im fed up

My pump/heater started by making terrible noise now its just shut off. Now I just want to talk to a real person.

But they are giving me the runaround. Now I need to write 100 words just to talk to one person. So now Im just flapping my jaws so I get 100 words in. So that maybe someone will call me.

I have truly never been so disgusted and appalled by a company and their lack of customer service. I am a very patient person but this product has sent me over the edge.

I have had my tub for 7 months and have only gotten to use it TWICE because it has been broken the entire time. Not only have I not gotten use out of it, but I've spent countless hours trying to fix it, cleaning it again, spending weeks on email chains with "customer service" who would reply once a week with the same copy/pasted messages and no real help. I spent months trying to get a replacement heater unit. Once it arrived, it ONCE AGAIN STOPPED WORKING after 2 days.

I asked for a refund for the product and they told me they could not give a refund because too much time had passed. Well, if I had gotten the proper help 7 months ago maybe it wouldn't be too late? I couldn't even manage to speak with someone on the phone because the company has no real established phone number and instead calls from "No Caller ID" which my phone does not accept calls from. Today I shall place this product in the dumpster where it belongs.

I am sick and tired of getting jerked around and wasting my time trying to fix something so useless. THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY WAVESPAS!!!

Not working

Hello. The motor is not circulating water.

The bubbles work fine and the heater seems to heat up but no water passes through. I've disconnected it and ran hot water through the system manually to check and there are no blockages in the system or tubes.

We haven't owned this for 9 months and it's now taking several months for a non-automated response. Please advise.
