They said they'd get back to me. Hah. Not in my lifetime. Why should I become interested in additional services when they will not answer a basic question.

  • Chats are generic answers
  • Chats are with a robot not a person

I don't know why people use WAVE for business. I have disputes and unresolved issues that require immediate attention and there's not even a customer service number I can call!!! Someone will email you then not reply to your email then send a message about survey but IGNORE every thing. What can I do about this??? stop using them ofcourse
