- - Mary Myers wants to return a purchase.
- - She says the bill was not lowered, remains high, around $200 with a projected $215 this month.
I would like to return my purchase. They DID'T lower my bill at all !!!
I have never had such high bills as I have with them !! I have lived in this house 7 years & have never had a $200 bill before. I have a projected bill of $215 already this month & it's only the beginning of the month !!!
Please let me know what I have to do to return them. Thank you, Mary Myers

Verified ReviewerI have tried contacting tech support for 3 days. They offer to call you back, but no one ever calls. CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE!
- - Long-time customer cannot reach Watts Premier for tank help.
- - Website has no email or live chat.
- - Phone callback exists but no one returns calls.
I have ordered parts/filters from watts premier for years, but this last time I called for help with my storage tank, was unable to contact anyone. They don't call back, the website says click the "contact us" at the bottom left of any page, but the only link on the bottom left is "careers", no way to send and email, no live chat...just one number, that offers to call back, but no one ever calls me back.
I will be looking for another company to handle my water purification needs, one with decent customer service.
Preferred solution: tech support
User's recommendation: Find a water company that has good customer services, watts does not.
Leaking faucet at base , by light
- - Tried to replace faucet; manual mentions leaks and fixes.
- - Leaked 8 years on a 2011 system; no operator, awaiting callback.
Trying to replace faucet. The manual talk about leaks, tried
all ways to stop leak.
Did not check reviews, how bad they
are.
Would not have purchase if had read.
I had a 2011 system before. Faucet leaked at light for 8 years
I would think watts would replace leaker by now.
Calling customer service, no operator on duty,
Call waiting # 9 on list, waiting on call back.
Leaking faucet at base , by light
no help received when requesting replacement part while still under warranty.
User's recommendation: don't buy product, tech help is non-existent
Great at taking your money and trying to solve your problem.
- - Watts wp5 RO system from Costco worked well for about 3 years.
- - About 5 months ago it started wasting water nonstop after the tank fills.
- - Or buy new unit.
Never have heard anything from Watts. They were receptive as long as I would keep purchasing parts from them.
Once I didnt want to keep buyin they had enough of me and never responded to anything.
We replaced their unit with a Home Master system. So far its been a good decision.
Purchased a reverse osmosis system from Costco about 3 years ago. It was a Watts wp5 system.
It has worked pretty good since we purchased it. About 5 months ago the system began running waste water all the time. After the tank is full it still continues to run a full stream of water and never shuts off. Contacted Watts, their customer service is really receptive, and they told me to blow out the tank and that should fix it.
If not replace the auto shut off valve. I did both of those the problem continues. Now their suggestion is to just start replacing parts till I find the problem and if not just buy a new one. I liked their suggestion on just buying new one since replacing the parts they want will cost as much as buying a new one then after I spent all that money I can buy a new one any way.
I notice Costco doesnt use their brand anymore Im guessing due to problems. Im replacing it but with another brand.
If your good with $180 for 3 years this brand might be for you. My problem is that every time you need to do one of their trial fixs you have to drain the system and rechanrge it.
- Customer service trying to help
- Product quality
