They are taking too much money
Look I've been charged 3 times for a membership , I don't have problems with paying but three times is too much .

I can’t log back in
Ive been a wattpad user since late 2019 to early 2020. A couple weeks ago, Ive tried to log back into my account and the password I set isnt letting log in.
I just needed help and they never sent an email to my phone to reset the password and get back into my account. I just needed help so I could write on my free time once again.

Refuse to address harassment
I've been harassed and bullied for nearly 2 months straight by a user I used to proudly call my friend. After breaking off the now toxic friendship, she became a stalker and now I can't even talk to my friends.
Block and mute don't do anything, as she can still harass me on message boards with people we've shared in common.
Wattpad needs better moderation and ability to address this behavior!
Preferred solution: Get the user addressed or deactivated due to her behavior towards me

My work has disappeared for no reason
I had a work that I was doing which I woke up and it was just gone. Every attempt I made to get into contact with someone to fix this has failed and I have barely gotten any response.
I know for sure that I have not violated any rules, so any manual deletion was unwarranted.
I had received an email a month ago assuring me that this would be investigated.
That has not happened.
This is actually a common problem.
A lot of people just have their work and even their accounts vanish with no explanation.
The interface is also terrible and very glitchy. The 20 image per chapter and 3 MB upload limit are atrocious.
The only good thing about this site is the real time commenting.

It wouldn't leave me alone. It followed me everywhere.
My house. My dreams. My car. The park.
Even the water park. I could not escape even if I tried. In my dreams wattpad came with stories of FNAF lore. I don't need to know FNAF lore.
I'm a man that spent years learning FNAF lore. I don't even know what FNAF is. *** Nagging Aunts FR? This is besides the point.
I also keep getting memes about Gorillaz and I see no monkeys. Personally I think this is bad advertising, why show stories about gorillas if you can't even spell the animal name right? (and show no monkeys at all) I think wattpad is a bad place to read stories. There is no realistic pieces of fiction.
Please I beg you, I can't keep seeing images of orange juice in my dreams. I just can't. I don't understand the references. Who is Larry?
Why is Larry with everyone? Why is Larry such a chad? I just want to come home. Everywhere I go I keep seeing an orange W.
I know no peace till the day wattpad is gone.
It always comes back. It won't let me die.

Login problem
Wattpad is not letting me sign in!! Please fix it ASAP!!
It always appears as "There seems to be a problem connecting to wattpad.
Please try again later"
And again of I try to even sigh up to a new account it is not letting me, showing the same line. Please fix it, I have already report this problem in so many platforms but result is nowhere.

Wattpad Support wasn't answering my emails.
Nothing has been done so far. No one has reached out to me or answered my emails. I've still tried to log in to my account but it still won't let me in.
Wattpad closed my account. I think it's because I put "All Rights Reserved" on some of my insert stories.
I should have checked if they all had "Creative Commons".
I promise it won't happen again.
I just need my hand-written stories back!
I can get my reading list back no problem,but MY stories wouldn't be the same.
Besides they...they were perfect just the way they were.
So many people liked them and wanted to see more.
I tried logging back in, but it said I was already registered!
I'm just a kid!
And we ALL make mistakes!
So I ask...please... can you help open my account again...please.

You people have charged me for something I never signed up for!! Then you don't have a way to for anyone to call you
Fraud, THEFT and Refund , how can you say and deduct my account for something I never did and then say that you can't cancel or do anything with it on an Android phone which is what I am so how did the how did they sign up for it I did not this is fraud and I would like to speak to a real person I'm not good with computers or phones before I don't join this crap please give me a call at 512-233-****

Deleted account and pissed
I do not understand where you guys get the audacity to ban my account for being underage when I am not underage I have stories on their I have spent years colllecting now all gone and for what no warning or anything

Poor customer service
I have had no contact from Wattpad in 9 months since raising the incorrect closure of my account. No one has explained why the account was closed or given a solid reason for this.
Over the past six months, Wattpad has:
- suffered a mass data breach, for which some users were not informed for over a week, jeopardising other accounts.
- has refused to respond to my subject access request regarding how data is used (this complaint has been forwarded to the ICO)
- closed my account and refused to notify me that they had done this, to explain why they had and to engage in any form of dialogue about it.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Try inkitt or tapas.
