WON'T REPLACE DAMAGED LOVESEAT!!!
In December, 2010 I purchased a sofa and love seat at Watson's Furniture in Chesnee, SC. Upon delivery the delivery person noticed a place on the love seat that had not been tacked down. We called Watson's and they ordered another one. I can't remember exact date of delivery, but afterwards we noticed that one of the pillows which is attached to the back of the love seat appeared to have never been sewn. I called Watson's and they told me not to worry they would take care of it. Now after several months they are wanting to send a repairman. I am terribly disappointed in the furniture and will never purchase ASHLEYS again. Cheap, cheap, cheap!!!
