Over charge on sale item

I was just at the waterloo store and bought a mail box. that mail box was priced at 7.99 when I'm got to the register, the price had jumped to 13.99! I asked for a price check, the gentleman go's back and removes the sales price tag before I get to the shelf, and tells me I'm looking at the price fo the bottom shelf. I had my 15 daughter with me and can vouche for me. If this is the way the people are treated by you're people...I think it is time to start going down the street to spend my money. GLEN
