Rude and unprofessional ownership

Owners are unprofessional, rude and behave as if their money gives them a special privilege to discriminate and harass customers and employees. This is an ongoing issue that governing agencies have decided to ignore as this store seems to have some kind of "credibility" over the accusers (is it that they're paying off the health inspectors and agencies meant to protect the public?).

I have heard some very disheartening things said to customers and staff, by owners including derogatory remarks, direct insults pertaining to weight, appearance and sexual preferences of employees, not to mention accusing customers of trying to commit fraud among many other unsavory behaviors, all for these folks to be gas lit when they seek justice.

Also, the sanitation and hygene practice here basically don't exist.

Sauce bottles are not cleaned, gloves unchaged, mold, poor refrigeration, etc. How this place continues to pass inspection is beyond me (paid to ignore??)

It is time the owners of this store are called to justice and face proper punishment for their actions.

Over charge on sale item

I was just at the waterloo store and bought a mail box. that mail box was priced at 7.99 when I'm got to the register, the price had jumped to 13.99!

I asked for a price check, the gentleman go's back and removes the sales price tag before I get to the shelf, and tells me I'm looking at the price fo the bottom shelf. I had my 15 daughter with me and can vouche for me.

If this is the way the people are treated by you're people...I think it is time to start going down the street to spend my money. GLEN
