Waterford Village Apartment Scam

DO NOT MOVE HERE. At first management seems very nice - they are only trying to get you to be a tenant. But once you live there... They will try to scam you for as much money as possible. They will threaten to go to the collection agency for thousands of dollars you do not owe them but they say you are in debt. They will insult you and treat you with absolutely no respect. They will literally make your life miserable. They only stopped harassing and threatening me when I went to the authorities. These are bad people who try to screw people over. So I would highly recommend not moving here.
